Can I get a copy of the signature and/or time?
Yes you can, at no additional charge. When you call an order, inform dispatch that you wish to be faxed a copy of the waybill with signature and time. When the order is completed, our office will fax you a copy of the waybill. You can also obtain a signature through our online order system.
Please note, orders over 3 months old may be subject to an admin charge of $65/hr, with a minimum of $65 charge. Orders over 6 months can only be obtained through our online order system.

Do you offer a "paperless" system?
In reality, every courier company uses paper. However, instead of you keeping track of copies of waybills, you may request a "Delivery Book."

Yes, every customer can order online.

Can you do C.O.D collections?
Yes. C.O.D. collections will be returned on a Next Day service, unless otherwise instructed.

What are your weight charges?
$0.03 per lb over 25lbs, per delivery. (Example: 1 box = 20lbs + 1 box = 20lbs. Total weight = 40lbs)

Shipments over 6 feet in length, add $1.00 per foot. (Example: 10 feet, add $4.00)

How are bulky shipments rated?
Rated at 15lbs per cubic foot. (Example: 4X4X4=64cu/ft X 15lbs = $96.00)

Do you offer After Hours service?
Yes. 24hrs a day, 7 days a week except major holidays. After Hours service is at Direct Rate only plus $250.00.

What if my shipment is late?
If PX Courier fails to meet the time specifications requested, the charge will be reduced accordingly subject to our Terms & Conditions.

What if my shipment is not ready until a certain time?
Inform Dispatch at the time of ordering of the time your shipment is ready. Dispatch will send a driver to pick up the shipment when it is ready.

Can you do Bids and Tenders?
Bids and Tenders are carried AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK, and on a Direct service only.

Can you carry Dangerous Goods?
Dangerous goods are carried at a rate of 1.5 times the service requested.

Can you pickup/delivery outside of the Lower Mainland?
Yes. However a hourly vehicle rate will apply. Certain areas of the Lower Mainland do have a rural rate. Please ask dispatch for details.

Yes. However a waiting time fee may apply if a driver is required to wait for over 10 minutes.

Do you deliver Flowers?
Yes, we deliver flowers. Cut flowers must go on a SAME DAY service or faster to ensure the flowers are of the best quality when arriving to it's destination. Potted plants can be sent via NEXT DAY service. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need an Account to use your services?
No. Please have exact change, or a check ready when the driver arrives at your location. Our drivers carry no cash.
