Online Ordering Help
To place an order in the Online Order System:
- Go to 'New Pick Up' or 'New Delivery'
(see icons) and complete the information
- Go to 'Print' to output your three-part
waybill
- Go to 'Order History' to track your orders.
That's all there is to it. For more help,
please see below. If you still need help, please call us & we will
be happy to help you!
- The three-parts to the waybill are
as follows: One part for you, One Part to place securely on the
package, & One Part for the driver. If you have multiple pieces
to your shipment, feel free to print more copies of the waybill to place
on your package. The driver must have a copy. Copies must
be cut & placed prior to driver arriving.
- Check to see if the order information
is correct before pressing SUBMIT. You can not change the order
details after you press submit. To change order details, you must call
us.
- Be sure to confirm the service type
is correct! For example, if you place a Next Day AM order after
the cut-off time of 3:00pm, dispatch will change it automatically to
a 4hr Reg, to be sure your shipment will be delivered by Noon, Next
Business Day. No calls will be placed. If you only place Next Day orders,
and you place your order after 4:00pm, it will not be delivered Next
Business Day, but rather the day after. Please click here for cut-off times, or call us if you
have any questions. We will be happy to help you out.
- No confirmation call will be placed
to confirm your online order. Don't worry, we did recieve it. Click
"Order History" tab to track your order. It will show if it
has been recieved, dispatched, or delivered. DO NOT call in the order
you placed online. It can cause a duplicate order, and a duplicate
charge on your invoice.
- Place any special instructions, such
as buzzer codes, leave delivery at door, leave envelope behind flower
pot on back deck, etc on the special instructions box. This information
will appear in dispatch, & on your waybill and will avoid a telephone
call to you, asking for a buzzer code, etc.
- There is no address book in the system.
Once you enter the order details, the system will remember it for for
next time.
- Please call us to set up cost centers
on your account. This is perfect
if you want to sort & seperate reference numbers, jobs etc.. If
you enter a reference number, in the reference section, your invoice
will not be sorted! You have to choose a cost center, in the cost center
section of the screen.
- To save time, download the Quick Entry
Software. It will always be availabe at your fingertips on your
desktop. Instructions are available, once you log in to the Online Order
System.
- The Online Order System may go offline,
most likely between 6pm - 6am, & on the weekends & holidays.
No fear, we just turned the computer off, and it will become available
again once we turn it on again. Everything is saved & backed up
prior to shut down, so all of your orders & order history will not
disappear.
